Dr. Rex Hoover is a 1974 Omicron Kappa Upsilon honors graduate of the University of California Los Angeles. He has been both an educator and mentor in the dental community for the past 38 years. Apart from dentistry, Dr. Hoover enjoys coaching water polo at his two son's Alma Mater, Archbishop Mitty High School.
